To our Patients:
Following the guidance of Governor Walz and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry, we will start slowly re-introducing non-emergency and elective care in our office starting May 18th. This will include cleanings and restorative appointments (which include crowns, fillings, etc.). We are excited to see our dental community and families once again!
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, staff and community. There will be noticeable changes as you return to our office and we thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience with these changes.
What to expect:
Before you arrive please download, print and fill out our COVID-19 from here.
If you are unable to print the forms in advance, they will also be available in our breezeway to fill out in your car before your appointment.
Once you have finished the papers please call 651-731-8424 to check in.
Please wear a mask when entering our office. We ask that no one accompanies you into your appointment, excluding parents with small children, interpreters and caregivers, etc.
A team member will meet you in the entryway to take your temperature and gather your forms. If you have an elevated temperature you will be asked to reschedule your appointment by phone.
Hand sanitizer will be available, we strongly recommended you apply it to your hands before entering the office. For your protection hand shaking and other close interaction is discouraged.
To minimize the spread of potential pathogens you will be directed into the office by a staff member and asked to rinse with a mouth rinse before your appointment begins.
Infection Control: Our team continues to follow universal standard infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infectious disease. We cannot treat a patient who has tested positive for COVID- 19 or is showing symptoms due to significant risk of infection to our entire dental team and our patients.
If you are infected or potentially infected and have an urgent dental concern, we will consult with you by phone at 651-731-8424 and we will provide care on a case by case basis.
Thank again for your patience,
The Doctors and staff at Woodbury Family Dentists
